二、应注意拟委托的律师是否有律师执业证 。对律师事务所指派的 ，或自己指名的律师 ，不能光看其名片或光听介绍，应查看其是否有律师执业证 ，未持有律师执业证书 ，是不得以律师名义从事律师业务的，同时还应查看其证是否经过年度注册，律师执业证书经注册后当年度有效 ，未经注册一律无效。
三 、应与律师事务所签订委托合同 ，合同盖有该所印章 。律师承办业务，均由律师事务所统一接受委托 ，与委托人签订书面委托合同 。律师个人是不得私自接受委托的。所以不应与律师个人签订委托合同 ，而与律师所签订委托合同 。
